I'm brainstorming business ideas this morning...
Drug dealers have lots of disposable income and love to spend it, got to get some of that.
So far my top idea is open an ATV dealership in North Philly.

I don't think so. Of course drug dealers can be murders and thieves but that isn't part of the job description. To take the question to the extreme, consider this scenario: A dealer sells a pill that is lethal upon ingestion. There is no fraud going on...
