My understanding is that Marion Jones began taking drugs in 2000. But weren't her PR's (10.65, 21.81 and 23-11+) set before that....1998 I believe? If so, what an irony, and tragedy....she didn't need those drugs.

If the drug is not effective, change it! I definitely would NOT recommend (diphen isn't a particularly potent sedative ).
If you have to take drug test for your job, it would be better to ask your doc for some problem.
