What's behind 'the war on drugs'? What do you think? I'm only asking because prohibition failed miserably 80 years ago and it seemed to be sanctioned by religious institutions.

With the WH death and news reports I have been noticing the "new" trend of drug addicts. Most of the problem these days has been with "legal" prescription drugs and not so much of the so called "street" drugs. I have a feeling people think they are safer...
