So last week I had over 20K drum samples, and I went through them all and compiled all the best ones I had. Has 87 kicks, 68 snares, 15 claps, some claves, 18 toms, some 808s, closed and open hats, crashes, some rides, and a chime sample.

There are lots of free drum samples spread over the net, but some sites are better then others.

A lot of the products out today look great (SSD/DFHS/EZD), but I have no interest in plugins. I just want the samples.
I actually have the very first Steven Slate Drums, and DFH, both of which allow you to access to individual .wav files that are close...

Worth every damn $ Most of Joey Sturgis' samples sound great and are versatile.
Also search for erkans drum samples.
Will buy them (soon enough i hope).

There's only one pack samples (due to lack of funds) but apparently they're most people's go-to samples around here.

Zenhiser drum samples just wondering if anyone here has them and is using the zenhiser kick samples? I stumbled across their web page last night and was surprised by how cheap they are, from what i cant tell they dont sound too bad at all, still hard ...

Deadmau5 doesn't use samples....
Combine them shape it.
Both are good of resonant goodies there) and intend to pick up all their Drum stuff eventually.
Re: zenhiser drum samples I have the Ultra/Trance pack the Rolls and Fills pack.

Okay, so I made my own drum samples. I think they sound pretty good. You may or you may not. But you can download them for free, so really, what's the harm in trying?

If these samples don't work for you, then maybe you should use a kit of the samples.
