I've heard that Biomedics contact lenses are especially good for this who have a problem with their contact lenses feeling dry. Is there something special about the way these contacts are made that makes them especially good for dry eyes?

I think they're great drops & use them during the day too if my eyes get dry.
When you feel dry you can use eye.
Not wear them every day, as your eyes need rest and breath well.

I suffer from dry eyes also trying using drops called BioTears the preservatives free ones sleeping at night ....

I only find that my eyes dry out near the end of the day or when I've been wearing them for a longtime.
