I do 60/ serving and I don't seem to have to do any dual wave "magic" (good word choice!) for them? I've never....
That works - THIN CRUST pizza (22g carbs per slice) with a dual wave bolus (aka, the pizza bolus).

Of course, pumpers can use bolus features on their pump to spread out the bolus and....
It just has slower uptake.
If you square or dual wave, you can effectively stretch out your bolus just as much and more, and Apidra.

I generally try to bolus a little earlier.
Here the dual wave of the pump (60That is quite a big wallup of carbs all at once.
There is only little insulin left to work against these carbs .

....the obvious thing is your basal profile being too high, and oing the job ofthe bolus...when the bolus and food do not coincide?
Personally I do not see the value in CGBM is you are hypo/hyper to where I started after 5 hours.
