Ive got two 68 pound dumbells and i can go all the way down till the knee touches the grass (easier on knees if done outside) i can max out at 5 reps per leg all in one set so thats 10 reps total. Then i wait about 2 n a half minutes then do 8 reps total...

You may be surprised at how just a slight incline You can hold ur dumbell....
That will be the right bench angle for you.
