Hello I am new at this but I am hoping to find support for my fibromyalgia. I am having a rare extreme flare up and can't seem to control the pain. Just looking for suggestions for some natural/home remedies that might help lessen the pain some.

My fibro Dr continues....
I don't very long.
If they don't understand fibro, start showing them the info sites right here on this site it's getting worse the older I get but of course I'm still fighting a new chronic DX each year.
And help.
