Win XP DX9 look much like glossy and shiny textures but Win 7 look much like much matt textures because of DX 11 ? I hardly see any glossy

I have a couple of questions. I know your clinical stage is how the disease presents at dx. At dx I was Stage 2 Grade 3 2 + nodes. I had neoadjuvant chemo and had a complete response in lymph nodes with 50% residual tumor.

I'm confused. Everything I have read has lead me to believe there it would be pointless to do the oncotype dx because I am HER2+++ and would need chemo no matter what. I had the FSH test, which I thought was definitive. My BS did not order the oncotype...
