The EQ usually works well wherever....
Here's how I'd go with your pedals:
BASS > Octabass > EQ > BBM > SansAmp > Chorus > AMP .

There are countless (literally) threads on pedal order, a bit of search would certainly help .

Oh, I also have a Guyatone micro flanger. The bypass is a tone sucker and the sweep can be heard prominently even when not playing. BUT, the flange sounds excellent, upfront, cutting, and noticable.
This is my fourth flanger. I like the flanger sound ...

EBS advertises the true-bypass.
Not all that impressed with the tone and it occasionally overloads and distorts .
Currently I'm using an EBS UniChorus (black label, non-true-bypass version).
Price.
