There seems to be a lot of lower priced helmets,
that are out performing the higher priced helmets
Which requirements are best these days ?

You can also use British Standards might test 1 in 2000
Snell might test 1 in 1000
ECE might test 1 in 500
BS might test 1 in 250

Well researched mate, as always it seems that these things are sorted in the courts where case law rules, although i am not aware that any cases are going through or have been through the courts to date to set a presidence in future .

Throwing JavaScript into the mix goes some way to deal with that, but it also complicates things immensely .
Markup and programming are two very different things.
