In parishes that use the EF/Latin Mass,do they do Sacraments such as Marriage or baptism in a different way then the NO parishes do them?
Are they in Latin perhaps or do they use older and different prayers?
thanks

I have taken quite a few photos in church in the last 18 months and a zoom lens is more convenient... .
Re: Christening-Tomorrow !! For church photos I prefer to use a shorter zoom like the 17-50 or 17-40 as one can get quite near the baptismal font.

Your sins are blotted away on the day that you make solemn vows, ... .
Solemn vows has the same grace as baptism.
Any major superior who simple vows, not solemn vows.
They do have permission to celebrate the EF in public.

Hi Everyone,
I have never really gotten the concept of holy water. I use it to cross myself in church and stuff like that, but I often seen people coming to church and taking bottles (litres and litres) of holy water and taking it home with them.

Here is an English translation....
It also carries in the EF an exorcism prayer (salt is also exorcised in the ritual and placed with the water.
The older (EF) prayer of blessing is very specific in terms of what it asks God to grant through it.
