I am attended to develop with framework. so, I'm Very confused, about which easier in learning curve to start develop with.. that I need to develop a project using a framework as soon as possible.

As a result it takes longer to learn, but the knowlege.
Zend Framework does much more and any given component is that much more configurable .
CodeIngiter is smaller and hence easier to learn.
And communities.
We are trying to decide between AccuRev or Perforce. We have a small team, and need something that is easy to learn. Which of these version control applications is easier to learn and more user friendly?

Perforce's.
Neither one is easy to learn.
You definitely need to play hard with it before switching .
If your main concern is simply figuring out what is easier, both vendors offer free trials/licenses.
Hello, I am thinking about getting Ableton 8, is it easier to learn with APC40. Is the APC40 a must if you have Ableton 8?

Look at the Launchpad as well, can do all sorts of crazy shit an apc... .

Depends on what you want really....
One to avoid at all costs at least at school is Russian, I've hard .
And German is even easier if you have that choice.
If you are bad at learning foreign languages then French is the easier of the two.

The problem with ruby cocoa and the interaction between the two... .
It will be infinitely easier for you to rapidly learn how to you use Cocoa if you understand Objective-C comcepts of oo it should not be to hard to learn objective-c.
