What happens if I eat dairy products with my tongue recently pierced? I completely forgot that I cannot eat dairy products while waiting for my tongue to heal. What should I do now? What will happen?

Source(s): Father-in-law eats some.
There was something odd that you could drink/eat on hand, and maybe try something non-dairy to put out the heat.
Will curdle in your stomach and it will make you sick .

Avocados are probably my favourite source (that would meet the above requirements - they appear to be low in sugar) .

Then you can start adding back in hidden dairy and see if she's still okay.
If you decide to cut out dairy, you would need to cut it completely for at least 4-6 weeks before you will know any difference.
