They are abused and slaughtered in a barbaric way so we can eat meat that we do not need..

I love to eat chicken and fish all the time tests....
Even I donot like red meat though I eat it at times.
So yes when people do not read the facts properly and choose to eat only white meat like fish and balance.

What is it called when you don't eat fish or red meat? If there is such thing, I am seriously suggesting it. I am looking for a word with the ending "arian" like "vegetarian". Thanks!

People already have issues with plain vegetarian.
It's just faster to say you don't eat fish nor red meat.
But you also eat pork (the other white meat), so in using the label.
If you ate just poultry, it's be pollatarian.

How do you get them the iron/protein/etc. that are found in meat?
LO won't touch meat. Once in a RARE while, he will eat a chicken nugget. Or two.

What about beans or peanut butter? Tofu? My girls will eat meat, but they also love tofu for suggestions on how to get him to eat meat but mine is similar so I thought I'd share some things.
