No worries then if you eat peanut products and the baby happens to have inherited that allergy it would not be good to hear as I eat ....
Honey, peanut butter, strawberries....They are all fine to eat while PG and BFing.

Someone told me that if i ate peanuts while pregnant that my baby will develop allergies to them. Is this true? I sure hope not because that all ive been snacking on today.

Along with almonds, cashews, and walnuts.
It canIt's actually recommended that you eat them....
Be true if you have other nut allergies..say pecan allergy and you eat a lot of peanuts..

100% safe I eat a sh!t ton of shelled peanuts and they are damn good and perfectly safe to eat while PG.
I ate peanut butter and/or peanuts every day when I was pregnant with DD.

Is your child also allergic to other legumes?
I'm roasting chickpeas for the boys to take to school and preschool tomorrow but I just realised I don't actually know if the child at the preschool with the nut allergy is allergic to tree nuts or peanuts...

Why can we not eat peanut butter n peanuts? Is it simply the allergy factor or does it stimulate the release of insulin much more than other nuts? TY

1 cup sugar
2 cups water
3 cups peanuts
bring sugar & water to a boil, add peanuts, bring back to a boil then turn down to medium, keep stirred until ALL the water is gone from pan (I use my black iron skillet).
Transfer to a pan & bake on 350 for 20 ...

Maybe because they also make peanut m&ms so the regular ones could possible contain small particles of peanuts.
Were a nono for anyone with peanut allergies.
