In 7 yrs I will have eat it way more....
But we eat venison between 5-7 days per week until it is gone.
I think we eat venison wife and my self.
To make sausage, the rest were made into stakes, chops, roasts, and ground .

Can this be true about venison liver and venison kidneys? As a long term fan of both I was amazed
when my local (real) butcher said "Oh no" he could sell me venison meat but not venison offal .
