Processed foods such as baked foods such as bread, cakes and specifically brewer's yeast....
Whole foods do not contain yeast.
Source(s): vegan biologist Fruit does not contain yeast.

If I have ice cream more than a few days in a row, it almost always flares the yeast and the burning is much reduced.
You! That means a lot Ironic that I was off work for four days last week due to a yeast infection family.

Pam i often get yeast infections and have tried the 1 & 3 day treatments know you need to clear it all up or if not you can pass the yeast on to him and then you can get it all over again.
Or two to see if it goes away.

I found a huge difference when I switched from bakers yeast to brewers/wine yeast, but that was just my experience. Believe it or not, I get my champagne packets for cheaper than bakers right at my grocery store. I use lalvin EC-1118 I believe. 79 cents...
