I have also been known to take the "brick" of ramen noodles and eat them raw are eating them right now, then obviously you CAN eat them.
It is one of my favorite.

I tend to favor many of the citrus ones (oranges and grapefruit) the most. My top five would likely be:
Oranges
Blackberries
Grapefruit
Seedless grapes
Strawberries
One fruit I seem to not like as much as most people are apples. I can snack on them, but...

I can snack on them, but they don't really float my boat the way the other fruits do them both, despite the fact that they are clearly only a shade of their Real Tropical Glory citrus and Summer Bounty.

What's the reason people eat raw diets ? I'm curious because I'm thinking of going on a raw diet. I don't know much about it. Please inform me on why people do it. Is it because of religion? Cause that wouldn't be why I wanna do it. What are you supposed...

And, some vegetables (like spinach) are actually better for you cooked than raw.
However, you have to know.
Of the nutrients out of them and eating them raw leaves the nutrients intact.

What is your favorite variety of apples to eat raw? I'm trying to eat a lot more fruits and vegetables. The last couple of bags of apples I got were tough skinned or grainy. Do you have a suggestion?

Usually the fall, Pink Lady, and Honeycrisp apples.
Sometimes it's the wrong time of the year that causes them to be grainy and not as fresh.
They are great for eating raw in salads or baking.
Check the Golden Delicious variety.
