I stop eating meat but i now want to stop eating plants too, whats this called? i don't think eating animals is humane, but i also started to care about not hurting plants, they deserve to live free in the bushes, now what kind of eating is this called...

I was not even concerned about lunch meat and now I see all the "listeria" warnings. I don't know what to think. So many people tell me how dumb it is and that listeria will only hurt you or kill you, not the baby. And if God wants me to die by lunch ...

I have read that some countries are considering going back to year-round meatless Fridays. Do you eat meat on Fridays, and if yes, do you make some other penance of sacrifice?
I believe England and Wales went back to year-round meatless Fridays last September...

Exceptions are if I've run out of groceries and there is only meat to eat in the fridge meat on most Fridays....
Thoughts? I refrain from eating meat on most Fridays.

I've yet to have someone claiming meat is good for them explain anything in detail to me. It usually goes:
Joe: Meat is good
Me: Why
Joe: it's got protein
Me: name something without protein
Joe: Uh, meat isn't bad

Slow suicide the consequences of what we consume, and someone brought up the environmental consequences of eating meat.
Arguments PRO eating animal products at all? Well that is a good reason to eat meat.
