I can eat oatmeal!!! I've tested for a couple of days now and I think if I manage the portion, use nuts, cinnamon and sugar free syrup and a strawberry or two in the oatmeal it works. I only got a 115-120 both days after eating the oatmeal - small portion...

I eat oatmeal once in a while and up to a certain amount, my blood sugar is not unhappy.

3-4 Packets of Instant Oatmeal OR 3-4 Cups of Quick Oats
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
Add Raisins or Almonds
Quick and easy to make. I'll make a bunch and refrigerate the leftovers eating them throughout the week as a snack...

Fashioned oats or steel cut :) I eat this oatmeal at least 4 days out of the week, both plain and variety appetite for a quite a while.
