If you get banned from ebay or amazon, they stop you from opening future accounts. My question is do they only look after the IP address that you created the seller account or do they know all IP addresses that were ever used when accessing the account...

That you get linked, IP & Cookies, IP and Similar Information, IP and More than one ebay account: : if you get banned from ebay or amazon, they stop you from opening future accounts.
