I am a seller. My performance is below standard because my DRS in shipping and handing is 6 but Ebay max count is 3. but other criteria my rateing is 0
Now ebay hold my payment around...

It's slimy, and I predict, won't get any better.
There is abolutely no need for Ebay to withhold payments to the seller for 30 days! Sellers should be paid money.

I talked to a Paypal supervisor and he told me that eBay, not Paypal, is the one putting payments to the sellers on hold. He said Paypal was requested to put a hold on the funds.

Update:
Okay, this time the 2nd deposit showed up. I waited over a week the first time I did it--the first deposit came in 2 days and the second deposit never came. This time the deposits came on day 2 and day 3. So, I'm now accepting Amazon Payments....
