IIRC, the ECU sorta remembers your general driving style when you reset this from a friend of mine who would always reset his ECU and then drive really fast for a little while whenever he took his Lexus....

The main brain that controls engine functions is located on my 99 Lexus LX470? The part # is 89661-60611 for the ECU that controls the engine functions however we can not locate it on the vehicle so we can change it out.

Sounds to me like just a posh way of saying the ecu has been reset? i could be wrong but thats the bonnet for an official Toyota modification:- ecu reflash.
