I thought he was just starting to be on to something during his 'hand in cast' period on Raw earlier in the year. Then they dropped it like a stone, and he reunited with Jeff without much ceremony. There's not much point to him now, if it wasn't for his brother he'd be one of the first out the door. source

Its prolly going to be the same as the Hartnell-Letang situation. More than likely it happened, but without conclusive video, i doubt anything can happen discipline wise. source
