Id second the call to the dr but i highly doubt the cipro is causing the problem, especially ....
She only took a couple doses of the Cipro.
The "side effects sleep.
Never had any sorta reaction like that.
I've taken it several times.

A side effect does not need to be spectacular to be debilitating. I took Cipro one year ago and I am still suffering memory loss, fatigue, and knee arthrosis. I am only 28 years old.

And hard on the emotions too.
