I've seen people use Alliance before, and I know a few internal applications that use their ACH API, which handles all the check processing, direct deposits, and other transactions of that nature .

Adsense doesn't cover any extra bank fees associated....
So if you receive your payments in CDN funds you should be able to set up EFT for your Adsense payments.
You can only set up EFT if your Adsense payments are the same as your local currency.
