Its actually the tendon that connects your forearm muscle to the back of your elbow.

I have the codo de tenis pretty acutely now, and I'm embarking on the surgery path soon. Just curious if other folks have gone the surgery/PT route (I did 6 months of PT that didn't seem to help at all) and what your experiences were like after the operation...
