Are travel orders allowed to be issued to a member who is receiving elective (PRK eye) surgery? Command approves, YN is unsure. Any advice one way or the other would be great.

I wouldn't elect to get one unless medically necessary they are pretty against elective....
Remember, a c-section is major abdominal surgery and will require a longer recovery time and includes additional risks of infection.
Want to go.
