Guys, its a recent purchase as in about three months old, I think is broken in terms of electrical noise. I have a posh HiFi and if there is any electrical noise on the ring main (fridges, etc) the amp will pick it up...

I can't really help with the buzzing as i havn't experienced.
They have a buzzing noise but never experienced that either.

So my truck recently started making an electric ticking noise tied to RPMs. Sounds like a loose plug wire - the arcing noise you'd get...but none of my plug wires is loose...I've checked.

That's what I thought too.
Its electronic, not mechanical, this noise.
Are tight, as are wires.

I've posted this on a couple of forums, but I know you guys know just about everything, so hopefully you can help me out.
This is a new issue that popped up in the last couple of weeks, and before I call an electrician to check/replace my house ground...

I have the same problem with TI chipset...it's a fuckin ground loop in my floor) and outside at the actual electrical meter.
And avoid the electrical noise.

Hi all,
Having recently purchased and rigged up my RSW12, I've noticed when nothing is switched on, there's a very quiet, but noticeable constant electrical buzz/hum coming from the sub speaker?
My old Jamo sub it's replacing didn't have the same problem...

However, at the moment, the sub is back with MA due to the noise issue I'm currently with my rsw12..
Of model etc? I have an RSW12 and there is no audible noise from it so would guess yours either has was part of that.

What kind of pickups are on the bass? Quote moved the amp around the house and everything, but the noise remains.

Are there certain brands that are better than others in this regard or is pretty much a crapshoot (I'm guessing the latter)? Or is electrical noise pretty much inherent to a power supply? I guess this is more of a brand question than particular units....

So for some reason I am getting electrical noise out of my tweeters and a pop when the key is turned on or off.

With any electrical problem you want to check, clean, put some dielectric to troubleshooting electrical systems but this is the first step.
