Some people will feel uncomfortable with having their company email outside their company network. How to allay such fears? What other issues are there in using Google for corporate email? What are the benefits?

As for advantages, Google has better spam filtering than most other email hosting all of their email somewhere else ....
Your company could consider using internal IT could provide.
Google has a corporate solution called Google Apps .

The title says it all. I just want to move all non-corporate email to a separate folder.
I'm guessing it's going to be one of those crazy rules.
@Joshua: I don't mix work and personal, but I would like to separate renewals and subscriptions from MSDN ...
