Hi everybody.
Is it possible that all my members received an email alert every time that a new message has been posted on my forum. Even if the member never watched...

I am trying to use the mass email sending option and i can send a notification email to admins which are 2 of them. But when i try to send an email to all the regular members it just goes back to admin panel homepage and it doesnt send the emails.

I havent test them all but i can send the emails to some other membergroups....
Nothing.
I can send everybody (all the membergroups) but no email goes when i try to send strange, anything in admin error log !
Nope.
No solution yet.

UPDATE: February 14, 2007:
Gave the rules an overhaul, changed some, added some new ones. Please read. A site email has been sent to all members with a link to these new rules. I know it seems like a lot of rules however, these rules are mostly common...

How do I Email to all my forum members?
I've looking under the help section and it tells me to go to the System Tab and select Mass e-mail option, but this option doesn't seem to exit under the Systems Tab?
Please can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong...

A regular member of the forum, and if I send myself an email logged in this way, I can replicate,

I was wondering how the best way to do this would be...
Would you do it by having an admin account on the website where you can write the email and send from the admin account or is there a better way of doing it?

No question about number because there is more than one of them... .
One table, unless you potentially need to associate one member to multiple sets of details (ie multiple email addresses, user-groups, day-phone, night-phone, cell-phone, etc).

Then again, there is no need to reinvent classes that can send eMail, when there is a plethora readily available.
If can use phpmailer is a class that handle all mail send,
or use a class from phpclasess site seeks.
