Anybody been to Lindberg Beach/Emerald lately. Could you please give me any info on this beach. How much taxi gare from pier and if there are bathrooms and drinks on the beach. Thanks for any help.

We are traveling with my in Grenada as last time we were there we took the water taxi over to Grand Anse beach uncertain about what to do in Aruba.
Told the Emerald is very much like it, so we are looking forward to it.

We flew into FLL on January 6 and stayed at Embassy Suites due to their close proximity to necessary cruise provisions. Hotel was nice enough and breakfast the next morning was edible.

Guests could sit on a certain area of beach....but at Sandals everyone has the same use of all.

BBQ buffet was fairly basic Island experience.
A nice beach day and a relaxing way to start our cruise.
The sunshade was a lifesaver as there was little in the way of shade available otherwise .
For the day and some beach floats.

We will be staying at SEB mid Jan 2012.We currently are booked in a room without butler service but I was thinking of upgrading when we arrived to a butler serviced room.Any comments on whether or not it is worth the extra costs and what the approx. costs...

They brought us snacks at the beach and in our room, delivered lunch to our beach chairs....
11/9/11, all Beaches and Sandals Resorts have beach side and pool side cocktail service for everyone butler service 3 times and loved it.
