I want to add a new global emerging markets fund to my SIPP. Timescale I am thinking 10-15 years before needing to sell. Any ideas?

At some point this year I gonna redeem emerging market MF (cannot do it right now as it's load fund) and wonna buy Emerging Market ETF...
I did a brief research and found 2 ETFs that looks pretty good VWO and DGS... in your opinion which one is better...

Fwiw 50% of my SIPP is in emerging markets...or at least: : fwiw 50% of my SIPP is in emerging markets...or at least was before BRIC and Africa & MIddle East.
Question as always is which ones to pick.

Of course if you are planning or already operate in some emerging market you will hire local support/consultants... The question is: In your opinion, how important for market development/marketing/sales is to have a qualified local working on daily bases...

I'd like to know what emerging market funds people like here. M* only recommends a load fund. I'd like something without a load fee. Or am I better off with an EM index?
