If you think that ability to follow them is a pro for an employer, then go on, put it onto your resume.
But you will want to feel the employer out to see.
With highlights of major submissions, or approved items.

My employer gives us an incentive to not do freelancing by offering web sites that find homes for kittens and orphans and supporting the poor? ;-)

I have been doing freelance on the side, and my boss just came to all of the employees and is telling us to sign a non-compete agreement, demanding that we do not conduct any freelance work. Specifically, this is in California, which has different laws...
