I don't know..
But maybe after "en_US", the system looks for "en".

The main reason most tutors are here is to try and advertise our services, and yet I have seen in the last half hour I written as i, apostrophes missing and a catalogue of other examples of poor English.

I think a great many users of any forums on the internet are prone to write as if they were sending, but English Tutors have no excuse!
However, the fact that I am not an English tutor, does make that easy article descriptions.

I have a problem and I'm not sure if I have been hacked or it's just some wierd settings thing in Google Docs. I cannot change it to english. It is only in Chinese. I cannot find out how to contact Google to find out other than this forum. Ha

As a proud Brit, it annoys me that built in spell checkers are designed for American English and not true English. I get annoyed when I write colour and I get a red line under it telling me it is spelt wrong. Don't you think they should be programmed ...
