In the backend it's all solution?? add CLICK_TO_ENLARGE and other non-translated text lines to your joomla default language noticing this issue as well.....
All I can see is "CLICK_TO_ENLARGE" and "JW_SIG_NAVTIP".

It could be done by inserting JavaScript code directly into the page via the editor using the view source option (and additional files via ftp) but to be perfectly honest it's not something I would recommend a novice to attempt as it's particularly fiddly... .
