And if he got it in Cubscouts, the den leader should be disciplined. I have been participating in the Netflix prize, which is a contest to see how well I can predict how someone will rate a movie. As my progress have bogged down considerably, I thought I would ask for crazy ideas here. How would you guess how much a user would like a movie, based solely on the movies that this user have rated before? source

The lawyer, for the most part, says we pretty much have to do whatever they want. In family court, you don't have all the rights you do in regular court and with CPS, you're guilty until proven innocent, which is nearly impossible to do. CPS pretty much rules and can do just about anything they want to do and the Judge goes along with it. source
