Escorting the Robot in Skyward sword was a prime example of annoying in that I could take paths the robot could not.
Escort = the suck

During any escort mission (atleast it happens in all escort missions I've tried), the freighters npc controlled escort ships will not defend their freighter they are supposed to be defending when it comes under attack. They continue flying in their formation...

Just wondering if these serve any purpose besides earning an achievement.
So far i have accepted 15, completed 11. The other four were kill/escort missions that did not end in a war sector and thus somehow did not count.

Why are escorting fighters at such a serious disadvantage compared with CAP or sweeping fighters? I know there was a bit of a disadvantage historically of haivng to stay close to their charges, etc., but dosen't it seem a bit extreme in WITP? I'm not ...

The tip missions vary wildly in time and effort. There is one to defeat 3 5th Column guys that has maybe 5 spawns to defeat and a small map. Then there is one where you have to find totems and click on glowies and run back and forth to find them then ...

CV Escort is the same as Air Combat aside targeting the escort, then missing.
Necessarily make the CVE resistant to the sub though....

We all know the "Go there, kill him" missions in GTA, but I think it's time for something new. I want the mission to have at least 3 different approaches (Shootout, Stealth1, Stealth2). Look at Hitman games from PS2, you were dropped in front of the location...
