Since I submitted my app in dec, I cannot seem to stop myself from worrying about whether I'll get in. gah! My biggest worry is my SAT subject scores: 540 spanish (i'm asian and in ap spanish lang) 640 chem and 690 math ii.
My regular sat score was 22...

At spanish I understand everything in class I guess its the vocab that killed me on the subject test.

It may be that your school has templates somewhere - my uni certainly had them .
This is definitely one of the problems with latex at the moment - it's hard to create exact document styles from scratch .
