People with high estrogen levels will hold more water, need more sleep and feel not so energized when they don't eat clean.
However if you have low estrogen levels than you can practice IIFYM and eat what ever the **** you want.

Yes they can work, but how well they work imo depends on what sort of natural test level you then I firmly believe they can assist in recovery and restoring your natural test levels faster test levels say you produce 2mg ed, ....

So if it killed your e levels, it probably needs a few days.
When I crash my estrogen I take hours.
Take a long time for estrogen to build back up to a healthy level.
