I have a few hundred euros in cash left over from a recent trip. What's the best way to change them to dollars? I'm just going to go down to my local bank and see what their rate is, but in case there's some fabulous other option, figured I'd ask....

It was my feeling that Euro.
I remember now that I did buy a small item from a street vendor using Euro and I also used Euro to make no difference to the shop keepers and vendors whom we encountered.

I live in Italy, and therefore I am allowed to buy Apps only at the iTunes Store in Italy.
I might accept, even though I do not agree on it, that I am forced to buy only from the ITunes Store in the Country where I live and where my credit cards get issued...

First us does not include tax which varies from State to state yeah thats the thing about the us even in the shops they have the prices on the shelves and you get to the counter and they are like thats with out taxes... .

On the 5th of January 2012 I travelled with my friend in Myanmar. Due to unexpected family circumstances we urgently had to move back to Belgium.
So we still have some 532.000 kyat left (approx. 500 euro).
The currency rate we have was the best in Yangon...

Im not sure what you are asking, why not just change them into US$s or Euros? If concerned about the amount of notes then just do it in several visits.
