This is a very cool article on the science of why certain songs give you chills and goosebumps, using a recent song, Adele's "Someone Like You" as a perfect example. You can watch a full video of the song here and I'd be surprised if it doesn't affect...

Or a soundscape, or a texture (Yay techno!) - but to me it's not a song because there isn't, but there was a part of the song in which I felt my heart rate increase (in a manner not dissimilar in the article.

I have already said it, but it is worth saying again, Wadsworth went from 'someone I had never heard' of to 'genius' in the space of two tracks. In total he was responsible for at least three of the tacks of 2009: 'Mainline', 'Deep Heat' and 'Trends'....
