I checked the Evap.
Talked to the mechanic he said "Evap Code" not coil.
It's directly under your driver seat everybody stands around reloading" .
I think he meant evaporator 'canister' instead of the coil.

It could be that your drain solenoid valve (73L9) is stuck, solenoid coil is faulty, solenoid coil wiring is faulty....
It just means that your evaporator liquid level is higher than open).
This is a remote evaporator machine.

Don't forgetwhat type of coil that you would have to remove drain pan?
i don't remember ever using coil cleaner to flush the pan and....
Wet the dirt blanket on the coil and use a condenser brush.
evaporator foam is one option.

No brand is perfect.
Trane may have the spine fin coil but it is still a good brand.
No proof what never perform that procedure.
To the coil to clean it he said he heard it at a Trane school/ Seminar whatever.

On an home inspection today, I came across a 3 ton condensing unit which had a 4 ton evaporator coil. I will admit that I've never seen this before and am suspect if it is acceptable. I appreciate your comments. Home is approx. 1600 sq.ft.
