Are there any practical applications for Evolution?
Seems that there are some circular arguments there, genetics lends a foundation to Evolution, not the other way around. Darwin did not know about genes, did I miss something?

How is Evolution Falsifiable?
If you found that variations were not heritable, that would falsify natural selection. If you found that variations produced no difference in reproductive success rates, that would falsify natural selection. If you found that no new variations could ever come into existence, that would falsify natural selection.

Do you think it's unfair to critique the theory of evolution, just because Darwin was a little racist?
Well I know I am being nitpicky, but Darwins' theory was speciation due to natural selection. Natural selection is a mechanism of evolution- the mechanisms are where the theories lie. Evolution is generally an accepted fact in the scientific community, no longer a theory thanks to the massive amounts of physical evidence we have for it.
So no- it isn't fair to critique evolution based on Darwin's racist classifications. Nor does it make sense to critique his theory of natural selection- his racism has little to do with his theory or with the methods and observations he used to assert his theory. But challenging theories and making new observations is vital to science- so I would never tell anyone not to critique a theory and challenge it or refine it with new data and observation.

Do your in-laws acknowledge your b'day?
My MIL's don't acknowledge my birthday, unless MrV mentions it to them on the day and then they'll wish me a happy birthday verbally. The FIL's do't even acknowledge MrV's birthday, let alone mine. It doesn't bother me though - birthdays aren't really a big deal, and it's more pressure for them to feel that they need to get a present. I get more upset when my friends don't acknowledge it!
My parents didn't acknowledge MrV's before we got married. Last year they didn't know when it was but when I mentioned in passing that we'd gone out for it, they sent a belated card and gift vouchers. I expect it will have gone in their birthday book for future notice.

How could anyone alive today possibly believe that a Divine Being told Moses the laws found in Deuteronomy?
The same way one can believe that Russia and Alaska were once connected but are now on separate continents. The same way we believe that dinosaurs actually roamed the earth. The longer ago something happens, the harder it is to believe.
