This book is positively huge, hardcover, and has every piece of information a practicing ASP.NET 3... .
You could start with the exam guide for the previous version of that exam, the one that covers there is an official exam guide out.

I had an appt with my OB yesterday, I'll be 33 weeks tomorrow. It sounds like their office starts doing internal exams around 35 or 36 weeks. What exactly do they do for an internal exam? Is it painful? Just wondering what to expect.

Is the exam to remember the doc taking a look with the speculum, then also doing a manual exam with his/her fingers.
Off on any internal exams until I'm 38 weeks since I've never gone into labor preterm.
