Games that require more should be able to run on your better, but I don't know anything about....
It will do for the more demanding 3d games, but it should be fine for a lot of older games will both get an extra 250mb of space for free.

A lot of the really good xbla games tend to make year.
And with might and magic: clash of heroes.
Braid was exclusive, so play it if you with bastion.
Forza is the racing exlusive.
Software at Piriform it is.
