Do Mini Cycles provide the same exercise as a regular exercise bike? Sears has a Mini Cycle for $20.
Shield's has the almost identical Stride Folding Cycle for $50.
Are either of them worth it?

I have just done 30 mins on mine as I can't get out on my bike today , and my legs feel like jelly as though I have done 100 miles.
I can be 90 mins on my push bike no problem at all, but this bike has taken...

Just reading the thread. Exercise bikes are as easy or as hard as you make them. I picked up the York C201 Cycle from Amazon. It's quite a compact bike (as exercise bikes go) with a decent on-board computer with hill climb programs and heart rate monitors...

" Better " is a matter of opinion.
I prefer one that most closely matches the ride of a road bike.
Not in my opinion.
They are both pretty boring get a real bike and enjoy the exercise a lot more.
