As I get more confident in my prospector I wondered if anyone had any photos or film of trad boats running nails stuff in the UK. Whats the hardest river or rapid anyone has run?
Cheers

Why trad....
..to become confident in your moves by itself.
Practice,practice,practice....
Exercise and the pleasure of shooting a bow Since out of Trad bows...is pure enjoyment..
And be in the groove doing that at least 80% of the time

Unusual to see a departure from the usual trad/semi/cruiser style stern treatment: http://www.abcboats.co.uk/10801.html
Doesn't look bad, would be nice to see more builders trying something different

It would have looked better with a trad curved one.
Pity about the straight tiller.

Thinking about myself asking other drummers of the bpm's they can do with specific techniques/rudiments/patterns in various threads every now and then, it just struck me to create a separate thread on this.

I'm looking for some new shoes for sprinting and general exercise. Any suggestions?
I don't think I'm ready for vibrams/barefooting, so I'm looking more for some minimalistic shoes.
