This one's for the ladies....it's that "time of the month"...and i really don't feel like exercising, i'm crampy, irritable and achy, i want to give the exercising a break and just regroup, yet i feel guilty. what should i do?

I am regular workout.
It seems like it soothes it down.
I'm TIRED, I don't feeeel like exercising" or "My right thumb hurts, I don't feeeel like working out in there/pilates I find it helpfull for the pain to excersise.

When I don't feel like exercising, I exercise anyway.
Maybe it is my body telling me something.
Exercising when we don't feel like it is a phase most of us go through.
Of protein in your diet.
I have not started a serious exercise program. In your experience, can you lose weight without exercising?

I pretty much lost sporatic exercising....
I am just not ready to start exercising.

Do you eat the extra calories you earn by exercising? I try not to and have been losing, but the last few days I seem to have hit a plateau. Advice?

Otherwise your body goes I would have a healthy high calorie snack at the end of the day, like whole wheat toast and peanut butter and a glass of non fat milk.
Far says that we ARE supposed to eat the calories earned from exercising.

But i realised that as such there is nothing like GOD's with human beings striving to ....
Gods will is our and do things for the sake of god's will .
We are not mindless robots or zombies when we do God's will .

like a lot of fun! I think it's easier to stay with exercise if it's something you like doing back on week 1 day 1 tomorrow.

Anyone had experience with exercising at night. i am finding that maybe the bet time for me to workout is at night, but i already have so many problems sleeping i am afraid it will make things worse. i have tried getting up early and it jut does not happen...

I do feel more energetic, but also.
For me, exercising in the evening works great.
If you don't like how you feel when trying to go ever when I do.
Give it a try and see how it affects your sleep .
